  • VTech Announces 2021/2022 Interim Results

    Hong Kong, 15 November 2021 – VTech Holdings Limited (HKSE: 303) today announced its results for the six months ended 30 September 2021, showing declines in revenue and profit as a result of global material shortages, supply chain disruptions and rising costs. “The first half of the financial year 2022 was challenging for VTech. Critical component shortages, supply chain issues and disruption of production in Malaysia due to coronavirus (COVID-19) negatively impacted the Group’s manufacturing and order fulfilment, preventing VTech from meeting the strong demand for its products. This led to slightly lower revenue for the first six months.
